Dinner on Pasta

Stove

Makes 4 Servings


Ingredients:

1 lb Cooked chicken breast

1 red Pepper, chopped

3 cloves Garlic (crushed)

2 Tbsp Olive oil

1 cup Whipping cream

¼ cup Parmesan cheese (or more to taste)


Directions:

  1. In saucepan fry the red peppers and garlic in the olive oil. Do not drain the oil.

  2. Add the chicken, cream and parmesan to the saucepan under low heat, cook until thickened.

  3. Serve on penne
