Wills that have been proved according to the laws of any of the states or territories, or of a country beyond the limit of the United States, which concern property or estates within this State, may be proved in this State when a certified or authenticated copy thereof shall be recorded in a manner similar to wills made, executed and recorded in the State in which the property in question is located.2
