Persons who organize themselves into a society or club and by its agent sell to the members of the club, by means of a ticket which is punched on making a purchase, violate the law by a shift.70
But if the members of a club or association buy and distribute the liquor among themselves they do not commit an offense, and in such case their intention is immaterial.71
