813. Imitation Peach Brandy
813. Imitation Peach Brandy. Take i gallon honey dissolved in water; 33/4 gallons alcohol; 1/2 gallon Jamaica rum; 1 ounce catechu, bruised to a paste; 1 ounce acetic ether. Add water to make 10 gallons, flavored with 4 ounces of bitter almonds. No coloring required.
