6 quarts diced potato 1 quart diced cucumber 1 quart diced radish 2 quarts cut celery
2 cups grated onion 5 tablespoons salt 2 teaspoons pepper Mayonnaise Dressing
Cook potatoes before dicing them. Mix ingredients carefully and thoroughly; chill. Arrange in mound in center of platters; garnish with slices of red radishes, and crisp, white celery tips or watercress.
