Cut left-over roast beef in very thin slices; it does not matter about size of slices. Put between slices of bread, arrange on platters or individual plates, and cover generously with hot Brown Gravy. If beef does not slice nicely, it can be chopped instead. Veal, lamb, or fresh pork may be used instead of beef.
