Question 425. - In sending a notice through the post to a "limited" company, would the omission of "Ltd" from the address on the envelope affect the legality of the notice?
Answer. - A notice addressed to a joint-stock company, with the word "limited" omitted from the address, would nevertheless be a good notice.
