Question 288. - A bank holds the joint and several note of A, B & C payable on demand. Demand is made and the note dishonoured. Can the bank charge up this note to A's account, against A's wish, assuming that it is in funds?
Answer. - A dishonoured bill on which a bank's customer is severally liable can of course be charged against his account with the bank.
