Question 351. - If a cheque of which B. Black is the maker, is made payable to A. Brown, and is endorsed by the maker, does the cheque become a bearer cheque?
Answer. - No, unless the drawer specifically declares his endorsement to be a waiver on his part of the endorsement of the payee.
