1. The dues or subscriptions payable to the association by members thereof shall be $200 for each $1,000,000 of paid-up capital or fraction thereof, as appearing in the return for the month of September in each year.

2. The dues or subscriptions payable to the association by the associates thereof shall be one dollar annually. Members' and associates' subscription shall be payab'e on or before the first day of February and first day of July, respectively, in each year.
