1. Construct 2" square, and draw diagonals.

2. With radius 4" and centre the intersection point of the diagonals describe circle.

3. Extend diagonals to circumference of circle.

4. Measure off 1 ¼" on the circumference on each side of the diagonals, using compasses. 6. Connect these points with corresponding corners of the square.
