KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That we, Richard Roe, of Louisville, Kentucky, and John Doe, of the same place, do hereby promise and agree, to and with each other, to submit, and do hereby submit, all questions and claims between us arising out of a certain construction contract, a copy of which is hereto attached, to the arbitration of John Jones, Jacob Fielding, David Judson, whose decision and award shall be final, binding, and conclusive on us.
