THIS IS TO CERTIFY, That the undersigned have, pursuant to the provisions of the Statutes of the State of Maryland, formed a limited partnership, under the name of the firm of Doe & Roe; that the general nature of the business to be transacted is buying and selling Bonds and Stocks, and that John Doe is the general partner and Richard Roe is the special partner, and that the said Richard Roe has contributed the sum of One Thousand dollars, as capital, towards the common stock, and that the said partnership is to commence on the 18th day of June, 1915, and is to terminate on the 18th day of June, 1918.

(4) Renewal Of Partnership

WHEREAS, The partnership of Adams & O'Brien will expire on the fifteenth day of January next, by the terms of the within agreement: and, whereas both partners are desirous of continuing the same; It is, therefore, hereby agreed that the same be continued, upon the same terms in every respect as above mentioned, for the term of five years from the fifteenth of January next.
