BE IT KNOWN, That on the 15th day of June, 1914, in the State and county aforesaid, before me, a Commissioner, residing in said State and duly appointed by the Governor of the State of Illinois, to take acknowledgment and proof of the execution of written instruments under seal to be used and recorded in said State, personally appeared Richard Doe, who is personally known to me to be the same person whose name is subscribed to the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged that he had subscribed and executed the same for the uses and purposes therein set forth.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and afrixed my official seal as Commissioner of the State of New York at my office in the County of Erie and State aforesaid, this 15th day of June, A. D. 1914.
